Culinary Arts Associate Diploma

A 12-month hands-on vocational training programme designed to equip aspiring chefs with advanced culinary techniques, practical kitchen experience, and international standards — delivered as employment-related training at Rixos Murjana Resort in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

 Food and Beverage Service Associate Diploma

A 12-month intensive vocational training programme focused on developing service excellence in food and beverage operations.
Trainees will gain hands-on experience and learn industry best practices through employment-related training at Rixos Murjana Resort – KAEC, with guaranteed employment upon completion.

Hotel Administration Associate Diploma

A 12-month comprehensive vocational training programme designed to prepare future hospitality professionals with strong front office and room operations skills — delivered as employment-related training at Rixos Murjana Resort in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) — leading to guaranteed employment upon completion.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following conditions:​

  1. Must be a Saudi national.

  2. Must not have previously benefited from HADAF.

  3. Must successfully pass the interview.

  4. The applicant must have a secondary school certificate or above.

  5. Must pass the English assessment

Benefits

  • Employment-related training at Rixos Murjana, located in King Abdullah Economic City

  • Train at Bunyan Academy – King Abdullah Economic City

  • Scholarship funded by HRDF (HADAF) covers all tuition fees.

  • A monthly stipend of SAR 2,000 throughout the study period.

  • Affordable accommodation in King Abdullah Economic City, near the academy, is deducted from the stipend.

  • Free transportation to and from Bunyan Academy.

  • An internationally recognised certificate from EHL ranked #1 globally in hospitality education.

  • A certified diploma from Bunyan Academy, accredited by the Ministry of Culture and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
